Return of the curse ......

It has returned ..... the sore throat, the runny nose, the headache from hell, the total loss of energy .... yep, I've caught yet ANOTHER cold !. I don't know what is wrong with me this year - I seem to be picking up every cold and virus that is going around lately ...... not good. Perhaps I should do more to try and protect myself from them ....
but it is (supposed to be ) Summer .... hay fever, yes - Colds .... no!, it's the wrong season for that ... at least normally.

To be honest, I'm not really surprised I've caught another cold .... considering the amount of times I have got wet in the past week riding to and from work on my bike ( It has been a very, VERY wet week .... all it has done is rain most days ) , it is lucky I haven't gone down with flu or something worse....
Oh well, it's back to the lemsip and cough syrup for me .... seconds out - round two ........ ;-)
